This role focuses on architecting solutions, guiding product adoption, and delivering trusted technical leadership. Excellent communication with executives and hands‑on experience with integration patterns are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce delivery, incl. 2+ years architecture for Service Cloud.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS deployments and multi-tenant setups.
• Strong integration knowledge and security best practices.
• Hands-on lifecycle management, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer implementations and deliver architectural recommendations.
• Serve as Service Cloud SME within the Success Architect organization.
• Translate complex concepts to diverse audiences including executives.
• Identify gaps, design improvements, and drive adoption and health.
• Tailor playbooks to customer needs and mature long‑term solutions.
• Build relationships across internal teams and with customers.
