Job summary

Plan B Midlands Limited in Dublin is seeking a Lead Security Systems Technician to take ownership of installation, maintenance, servicing and commissioning of security systems across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and ANPR.

The role requires strong technical ability, a practical mindset and the ability to lead junior technicians, liaise with clients, and ensure high standards of safety and quality. A stable base in Dublin is provided.

Qualifications

• Senior technician with strong technical ability and practical mindset.
• Willingness to lead others and collaborate on projects.
• Must have full clean driving licence and pass security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, ANPR and networked systems.
• Support junior technicians and guide best practice.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Complete documentation, reports and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to wider company projects using your broader experience.
