Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Lead in Security Development & Automation to build automation-first security capabilities and AI-enabled workflows that strengthen cyber defense. You will deliver API integrations, playbooks and platform services to improve control execution, threat response and evidence collection across security teams.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering or related tech disciplines.
Strong ability to translate complex security workflows into automation patterns.
Experience with enterprise security platforms and auditability requirements.
