Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead architecture across enterprise platforms. You will partner with the CISO, drive security by design in SDLC, and shape governance, policies, and reference architectures in a global setting.

Applicants should bring 10+ years in cybersecurity, cloud experience with AWS/Azure, and familiarity with NIST/TOGAF. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in cybersecurity with strong architecture background.
• Experience maturing security architecture functions in complex organisations.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish a comprehensive security architecture function and governance.
• Embed security by design across the software development lifecycle.
• Design secure infrastructure across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Develop, implement and maintain security policies aligned to regulations.
• Collaborate across teams to align controls with business goals and compliance.
• Provide architectural oversight on security solutions for scalability and resilience.
• Advise senior stakeholders on security architecture and threats.
• Drive continuous improvement including Zero Trust adoption.
