Job summary

Confidential Client in Dublin is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a contract role of 6-18 months with potential extension. You will lead agile teams, foster servant leadership, and ensure delivery of working software within Agile frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, Scrum Master certification, and familiarity with Jira, SharePoint and Confluence. Financial services or data warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum or agile experience.
• Senior Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience across multiple projects/teams in a technical/financial services environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Strong data analytics and PI planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews and daily stand-ups.
• Guide teams with servant leadership to deliver working software.
• Track metrics such as burn-downs, capacity planning and PI planning.
• Collaborate with business partners to align backlogs with goals.
