Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong SAP S/4HANA and supply-chain expertise for a hands-on ERP implementation project in Ireland. The role focuses on translating warehousing and logistics requirements into SAP solutions and working across business and technical teams.

You will lead workshops, design sessions and demos, shaping end-to-end warehouse processes and data migration activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering S/4HANA solutions.
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes.
Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics, 3PL or pharma/wholesale preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business requirements across warehousing, logistics and fulfilment processes, translating them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA.
Bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
Participate in workshops, design sessions and sprint demos throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Contribute to functional design, configuration rationale and end-to-end warehouse process mapping.
Support test scenarios and participate in system integration, functional and user acceptance testing.
Support data migration activities relevant to supply-chain deliverables.
Liaise with implementation partners, vendors and key users.
Provide BA support as required and coordinate with cross-functional processes.
