Job summary

SAP Ireland's Global Delivery Hub EMEA SCM invites a seasoned SAP consultant to optimize supply chain planning with APO PP/DS and S/4HANA. You will partner with large customers, run workshops, and design end-to-end PP/DS solutions, while guiding teams through complex deployments and integrations.

Role emphasizes customer-facing communication, strong analytical skills, and ability to translate business needs into SAP configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Physics/Math/Engineering.
• Strong business acumen with customer facing experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• 7+ years of APO PPDS and experience in S/4HANA e-PPDS.
• Experience in workshops and designing PP/DS solutions on APO or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of ERP/S4HANA Production Planning Execution and CIF.

Responsibilities

• Work with SAP's Fortune 500 customers closely.
• Deliver onsite and remote services from Premium Engagement portfolio and advise on Best Practices.
• Analyze and optimize core business processes; perform root cause analysis and provide solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor during implementation projects.
• Support services across MaxAttention, Active Embedded, Max, and other SAP offerings including design evaluation and training.
• De-escalation architect for mission-critical or down scenarios.
