Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland, invites a Deploy Experienced Analyst – Make Quality Management (QM) to join our Transcend program. This hybrid role supports global SAP QM deployment, real-time quality control, and end-to-end release management across Source, Make, and Deliver. Remote options may be considered case-by-case.

The position requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience in GxP QM, strong SAP QM, and leadership skills to guide SMEs and analysts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree or equivalent in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Required: At least 4 years of proven experience in Quality Management in GxP manufacturing environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA QM expertise including batch management, inspection, non-conformance, and release workflows.

Responsibilities

• Global Functional Ownership & Deployment of SAP QM with NextGen QS coordination.
• Enable end-to-end release management, lab testing, batch record review, and artwork date governance.
• Lead Global Batch Traceability and prepare for GBT/BRH integration.
• Define and govern batch determination rulesets for compliant internal usage and shipments.
• Provide leadership to QM SMEs and analysts, plan workloads, and ensure delivery quality.
• Oversee testing, validation support, and hypercare aligning with GxP/CSV expectations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Validation, and QA teams.
