Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Transcend Deployment Manager - Quality Management. The role focuses on the global deployment of SAP Quality Management capabilities and integration with NextGen QS.

You will lead QM SMEs, manage testing, and ensure regulatory compliance across Source, Make, and Deliver. The position requires 6+ years in quality management within GxP environments, deep SAP QM experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in Quality Management within GxP manufacturing environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA QM knowledge including batch management and release workflows.
• Experience with CSV and regulatory inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global deployment of SAP QM capabilities integrated with NextGen QS across Source, Make and Deliver.
• Define and govern batch determination rulesets for compliant batch usage.
• Provide functional leadership and coaching for QM SMEs and analysts.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and hypercare activities in line with CSV/GxP requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end quality integration.
