Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT across regions, serving as an Application Owner for Quality and Batch management applications.

You will drive SAP-enabled process improvements across SAP S/4HANA and connected manufacturing systems, standardizing processes, optimizing systems, and supporting global deployments with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years in Business Analysis or SAP functional consulting.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA QM expertise with manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP QM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects for Quality and Batch management.
• Lead requirements gathering, process design workshops and business process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to implement integrated solutions.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing, training and change management activities.
• Develop strong partnership with global business and IT stakeholders.
