Hollister Incorporated seeks an experienced engineer to lead and execute projects developing automated manufacturing processes and equipment. You will collaborate with Global Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and NPD to deliver capacity, enable new product introductions, and drive waste reduction.

You will apply strong technical and PM skills to ensure systems meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory standards, with oversight of vendors and cross-site improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or Project Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, PE/CPE, or OSHA 10/30.
• Experience leading capital projects, multi-site initiatives, or cross-functional technology transfers.
• Background in robotics, high-speed automated systems, heat-seal or web-handling technologies, pneumatics, or vision systems.
• Familiarity with Lean tools, industrial controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with process validation, equipment qualification, and structured project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery, testing, qualification, and release of new or upgraded production equipment.
• Manage equipment suppliers to meet User Requirements Specifications and design standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication updates.
• Execute or support process validation activities (URS, FDS, FAT, SAT, OQ, PQ).
• Drive development of automated system concepts, prototyping, and proof-of-principle testing.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process and product improvements.
• Lead or support new product introductions, including cost inputs and manufacturability considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout project execution.
