Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the financial accounting for our LMS distribution entity and manage global transfer pricing in line with OECD guidelines.

You will work with logistics, tax, and accounting teams daily, ensuring accurate monthly closes, VAT and payroll reporting, and robust internal controls across multiple sites. Strong ERP, MS Excel, and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (8-12 years related experience mentioned in job spec).
• Master’s Degree in Business/Accounting preferred.
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• 4+ years post-qualification experience in distribution/shared service environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate global transfer pricing per OECD guidelines, aligning with Global Tax and price targets.
• Collaborate with external warehouse and demand planners to control inventory and obsolescence.
• Prepare GL monthly journal entries and accruals with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support statutory reporting (VAT, CT, payroll).
• Assist with AOP preparation and monthly variance analyses.
• Oversee cash flow movements and FX exposures with treasury.
