Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Deployment Process Analyst - Logistics to drive SAP S/4HANA deployment, focusing on Manufacturing/Warehouse Execution in the Transcend program.

You will provide hands-on functional support across confirmation, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with the global template and regulatory requirements while guiding contractors and managing hypercare periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technical, or scientific discipline.
• Hands-on experience in a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Experience with ERP or digital transformation, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Functional delivery and execution across SAP MES integrations and ERP alignment.
• Testing, deployment and hypercare support with global template adherence.
• Lead and coach external contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
