Design, build, integrate, test and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role is for an engineer who can independently own technical outcomes, contribute to design authority and architecture reviews, and raise quality through sound engineering, code review and disciplined delivery.
Design and develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
Own features from requirements and technical design through build, testing, deployment, monitoring and production support.
Develop secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, events and asynchronous processing patterns.
Create maintainable data models, automation and custom code that respect Salesforce limits and enterprise standards.
Participate in architecture and design reviews and explain implementation trade-offs and risks.
Perform code and configuration reviews and improve automated testing, reuse, readability and maintainability.
Use DevOps, source control, CI/CD, environment management and release controls for reliable delivery.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across Salesforce, integrations, data and automation and implement sustainable fixes.
Learn the platform landscape, engineering standards, release model and critical business processes. Take independent ownership of a meaningful feature or integration from design through production. Strengthen automated testing, code review and deployment quality in the assigned delivery stream. Identify and remediate a material performance, reliability, security or maintainability issue. Contribute reusable components, documentation and technical guidance for the broader engineering team.
7+ years in software engineering, Salesforce development or enterprise application delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Salesforce platform limits.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; practical CPQ experience is valuable.
Experience building or supporting integrations using APIs, MuleSoft or comparable middleware.
Experience with Salesforce security, permission sets, sharing, data access and secure coding practices.
Experience with Git/source control, automated testing, CI/CD, deployments and Agile delivery.
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues and communicate clearly with architecture, product and business partners.
Salesforce Platform Developer I required or equivalent demonstrated depth; Platform Developer II valued.
Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or integration credentials.
Experience with enterprise design reviews, architecture review boards and design authority practices.
Experience in regulated, healthcare or high-availability enterprise environments.
