Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the Salesforce Business Group. You will design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, translating requirements into technical designs, and facilitating workshops. A minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development, plus Salesforce Administrator Certification, is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related discipline.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that align with business and functional requirements.
Deliver Salesforce implementation projects on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Conduct business analysis activities, including as‑is assessments and fit/gap analysis, to identify optimal Salesforce‑based solutions.
Collaborate with technical architects and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gatherings, and project discussions using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Design Salesforce solutions that integrate with ERP, reporting, and other business systems.
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
Define test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and coordinate release and post‑deployment activities.
