Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our RevOps team in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract that kicks off in October 2026, concluding in October 2027. You will manage and optimize Salesforce using declarative tools, drive automation, and collaborate with stakeholders.

We require 5+ years of Salesforce experience, hands-on Flows expertise, and a solid understanding of integrations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
• Bonus: experience with HubSpot and Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Lead Salesforce projects from requirements through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Identify improvements and implement automations and external integrations.
• Train end-users and enable Sales teams to use the system effectively.
