Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our global financial services client in Dublin City Centre on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on building and enhancing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and emerging AI capabilities.

You will design, develop and deploy with Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations, collaborating with architects, product owners and QA to deliver scalable systems used across a worldwide

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including Case Management.
• Proficient REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model and governor limits.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing in Salesforce.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join its growing Client Experience Technology team.

This is a hands‑on development role where you’ll build and enhance enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and emerging AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with architects, product owners and business teams to deliver scalable solutions used across a global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Build and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a particular focus on Case Management.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and connect Salesforce with enterprise systems and Data Cloud.
• Build automation, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and support Salesforce applications in production.
• Partner with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to Salesforce development standards, automation and the wider Center of Excellence.

Must-Haves

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on development experience with Apex, Apex Triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Service Cloud Case Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model and governor limits.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and version control within Salesforce development.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving and software engineering skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams and collaborating with Product, Architecture, BA and QA functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Telephony integration experience using Amazon Connect, Genesys or similar platforms.
• Experience with Gearset, Copado or equivalent Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
