Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our RevOps team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, kicking off in October 2026 and ending October 2027. The role supports both Dublin and Helsinki locations and focuses on delivering strategic improvements across the Salesforce platform.

You will drive automation, migrations to Flows, and integrations, while training end-users and partnering with Sales Enablement to ensure effective system use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Salesforce Administrator/Consultant/Solution Engineer.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance Salesforce environment using declarative tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Owner, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead Salesforce projects from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Identify improvements and implement enhancements, including automation and external integrations.
• Drive user adoption and system efficiency by optimizing user experience and Lightning pages.
