  • Own the financial closing process, including consolidations, reconciliations, accruals, and other close activities.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A and the broader organization to provide accurate information and actionable insights that support decision-making.

  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintaining the integrity of financial controls across the organisation.
Process Improvements & AI
  • Manage the digital transformation of the accounting function. You will identify and automate manual bottlenecks by implementing agentic and AI-driven workflows, with the objective of reducing month-end close time and increasing data accuracy.
  • Stay updated on Finance AI trends, regulations, and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to improve financial function effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a trusted partner to RevOps, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Product Orgs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, contributing to the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth plans.
Key requirements:

  • Over 10 years of applicable finance experience, along with extensive experience in accounting and financial controlling.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing Finance teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., Local GAAP, FAS, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite).
  • Well-developed skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Experience with close management tools such as FloQast or Stacks.
  • Corporate finance exposure (M&A, fundraising etc).
Benefits We Offer:
  • Attractive pay and benefits, including equity participation.
