• Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Recruiter in a B2B SaaS company.
• Autonomy; able to lead searches end-to-end and establish credibility with leadership.
• Data-driven with ability to optimize workflows balancing diversity, quality and volume.
• Innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate talent pipelines from inbound attraction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategies to find exceptional talent for EU and UK markets.
• Attract, evaluate and hire high quality candidates for Sales, G&A or CS roles.
• Build and maintain talent pools to support future growth.
• Use Ashby data to drive recommendations and adjust hiring practices as needed.
• Ensure alignment with department leadership and hiring managers.
