Ashby is hiring an experienced Sales Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across EU and UK markets for our high-impact B2B SaaS platform.

You will build and execute strategies to attract, evaluate and hire top go-to-market talent, partnering with leaders to qualify requirements and optimize hiring using Ashby data.

This role offers a strong track record, autonomy, and a competitive compensation package with equity as Ashby scales internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Recruiter from within a B2B SaaS company.
• Autonomy to lead searches end-to-end with credibility with leadership.
• Data-driven mindset to optimize workflows considering diversity, quality and volume.
• Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent with a focus on quality over quantity.
