Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking a Staff Silicon Design Engineer to design high-performance RF ADCs/DACs integrated into FPGA devices.

The role focuses on RF and mixed-signal design with cross-site collaboration and strong problem-solving skills. You will develop architectures, run simulations, and validate designs through the full design cycle from schematic to silicon, contributing to high-speed data converters and test benches, while collaborating with layouts and other

Responsibilities

• Develop circuit architectures to meet specifications.
• Develop simulation test benches and verify circuits (schematic and layout).
• Collaborate with Layout Engineers to implement designs in layout.
• EMIR and Reliability validation of circuits.
• Partake in on-going design reviews over the design cycle.
• Validate designs on return of silicon from fab.
