Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years relevant PQE.
• Strong experience across financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience analysing financial and performance data and communicating key trends and insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand key business performance drivers.
• Experience with reporting, consolidation and data visualisation tools would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting - Support the preparation, review and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting requirements.
• Budgeting & Planning - Play a key role in annual budgets, strategic plans and related reporting deliverables.
• Performance Analysis - Review financial performance and provide clear analysis on key business issues, forecasts, costs and operating cash performance.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement - Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing financial information, analysis and insights to support decision‑making.
• Reporting Team Coordination - Coordinate key elements of the monthly reporting process, including deliverables and follow-up queries.
• Business Intelligence - Utilise business intelligence and data visualisation tools to provide meaningful analysis and insights.
• Systems & Technology - Support the continued development of consolidation and reporting tools as part of the wider finance technology roadmap.
• Process Improvement - Support senior and executive management with ad hoc analysis while contributing to finance process improvement initiatives.
