Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Fund Financial Reporting Assistant Manager for Hedge Funds in Dublin. You will own the day-to-day financial reporting across hedge funds, review statements and disclosures, and coordinate with fund administrators and auditors.

You will lead a small team, coach junior members and drive reporting improvements, with exposure to US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP. ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified candidates with 4–5 years of fund reporting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent IFAC qualification.
• Approximately 4–5 years' relevant investment fund financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading 1–2 team members and coordinating projects.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP; multi-GAAP experience is advantageous.
• Experience working with Fund Administrators and Auditors.
• Interest in automation and AI in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of financial reporting across Hedge Funds.
• Review financial statements, disclosures and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate reporting with Fund Administrators, Auditors and stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members on reporting standards and processes.
• Support automation and ongoing process improvements.
