Job summary

Fuse Energy is seeking a Project Development Lead for NI/ROI to identify, analyse and secure renewable energy prospects across Ireland. You will manage local commercial networks, collaborate with finance, GIS and engineering teams, and oversee permitting from inception through construction readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a renewables development role, strong stakeholder skills, and a drive to secure peak opportunities across the Island of Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in power, renewable energy, agronomy, environmental studies or project management
• 3/5 years of experience in a development role within renewables
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and multi-project management abilities
• Knowledge of Irish renewable sector and authorities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new energy prospects across Ireland and NI/ROI
• Manage local commercial network for site acquisitions and development
• Collaborate with Finance, GIS, and engineering to assess feasibility
• Oversee permitting from inception to construction readiness
• Lead PPAs and other financial structures with clients and finance team
• Oversee acquisition process from opportunity to handover to delivery teams
