Job summary

ESB Renewables is recruiting a Renewables Site Mobilisation Representative to drive mobilisation on ESB’s new renewable sites during construction and ensure a safe, smooth transition to normal operations. You will oversee design reviews and input on O&M requirements, ensuring strict compliance with ESB Safety Rules and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ work experience in operation or design or commissioning of electrical equipment/generating plant.
• Engineering qualification (Mechanical / Electrical / C&I) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in O&M design reviews and advise on O&M requirements for new sites.
• Ensure all O&M activities on construction sites comply with ESB Safety Rules.
• Carry out pre-operational takeover reviews of site assets.
• Perform snagging inspections to assess readiness for takeover at COD.
• Prepare inspection and maintenance schedules and service contracts.
• Develop site-specific policies and coordinate transfer to O&M.
