Job summary

Cliff at Lyons seeks an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will warmly welcome guests, handle phones, and ensure the reception area is pristine while coordinating room allocations to meet guest preferences and requests.

The role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role (training provided).
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• Experience with HotSoft is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Manage room allocations in line with guest preferences and special requests.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role but training will be provided
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Experience with HotSoft an extinctive advantage
• Must be fully flexible & available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
