Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant, Industry Relations to lead rebate modeling and strategic pricing decisions for large-scale client opportunities. You will partner with Underwriting, Sales, and Client Accounts to forecast rebates, evaluate formularies, and develop competitive solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or underwriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database querying.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and forecast rebates for proposed client formulary from small to very large totals.
• Analyze client formularies to determine rebate eligibility with respect to contracts.
• Build rebate models to support economic analysis of market conditions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales and Client Account teams to drive growth and margins.
• Provide formulary recommendations to maintain market-competitive rebates.
