As an Associate Director, Rebate Modeling, you will support the Optum Rx Industry Relations pre‑deal analytics team. This team drives OptumRx’s rebate strategy by forecasting and optimizing pharmaceutical and medical rebates across complex client formularies. Partnering with Underwriting, Sales, and Rebate Contracting, you will help support the design of competitive, margin‑supportive solutions, and analyze client and competitor formularies. Acting as a rebate SME, you will support Request For Proposals (RFPs), translate complex economics into clear executive insights, advise on pricing, and ensure accurate forecasting through data analysis, risk assessment, and continuous process improvement.
