Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 8–10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Irish contractor preferred.
• Strong commercial management and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for commercial management and reporting on the project.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the Managing QS.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across the project team.
• Support project delivery by monitoring costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Prepare and review commercial documentation, including valuations, claims and variations.
