Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a main contractor, developer, or PQS practice.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management processes.
• Proficient in commercial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of construction projects from tender stage through to final account.
• Prepare and review cost plans, budgets, estimates, and Bills of Quantities.
• Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
