Senior Quality Manager - Residential Developments

Job summary

STRIVE Search has partnered with a leading residential developer in West Dublin to appoint an experienced Quality Manager. You will oversee quality across large-scale residential developments, driving inspections, snagging and handover.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC within construction, strong knowledge of building regulations, and excellent stakeholder management. You will work with Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Quality Management role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC practices, inspections, and defect management.
• Experience with large-scale residential developments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of building regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks.
• Identify, monitor and resolve quality issues and defects.
• Work closely with Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors to maintain standards.
• Ensure construction works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and regulations.
• Oversee snagging, inspections and the handover process.
• Maintain quality documentation, reporting and records.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects and site teams.
