Framespace Solutions in Longford is seeking a Quality Manager to own quality across manufacturing and site operations. You will raise standards as production volumes grow, ensuring every module leaving the facility is of the highest quality.

You’ll work hands-on on the Longford floor, with travel nationwide to project sites, leading the Quality Technician and collaborating with production, design and site teams to embed quality into processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quality role within construction, manufacturing or engineering, including at least 2 years at manager or lead level.
• Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001.
• CAPA/non-conformance management, root cause analysis.
• Ability to challenge and influence at shop floor and leadership level.
• Strong report writing, organisational and IT skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Experience in offsite construction, modular buildings, steel fabrication or MMC.
• Internal or lead auditor qualification.
• Experience working with multilingual teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system across production and sites.
• Lead in-process and final inspections on the production floor across shifts.
• Manage non-conformances and CAPA actions through to closure.
• Support site installation teams with quality inspections and handover.
• Lead and develop the Quality Technician; monitor quality KPIs for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with CE marking, EN 1090 and NSAI Agrément; audit readiness.
