Inform Nutrition Ireland, Ireland’s leading manufacturer of animal premix and feed additive products, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function and safeguard the standards our reputation is built on. Based at Whitescross, Cork, this on-site role reports to senior management.

You will own the QMS, drive regulatory compliance, lead external audits, manage product release, traceability and supplier quality, and work closely with operations, production and commercial teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as Quality Manager in pharma, food or animal feed sectors.
• Degree in a science-related subject.
• HACCP Level 5 (or higher) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems and applicable legislation.
• Leadership capabilities with team development and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and senior management.
• Able to work cross-functionally, meet deadlines and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Quality function across manufacturing operations and oversee product release.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain certification standards including HACCP, GMP+ and related schemes.
• Own the Quality Management System and document control.
• Maintain traceability across all operations and finished product batches.
• Define and implement analytical testing programs aligned with HACCP.
• Oversee internal audits and manage external audits/inspections.
• Drive vendor approval, change control and supplier quality processes.
• Manage customer complaints and drive effective resolutions.
• Lead continuous improvement and monitor site performance metrics.
• Develop and train the Quality team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
