Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking an RI QC Inspector 3 to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site in Athenry. You will inspect incoming components and materials to ensure conformance to drawing and QA standards.

The role requires 4–6 years' related experience, Level 6 in Quality or Engineering, and proficiency with inspection tools (Smartscope, Keyence) and Minitab; you will collaborate with QA Engineers and ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 in Quality, Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–6 years’ related experience in inspection/QC.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with inspection equipment (Smartscope, Keyence) and MS Office.
• Desirable: proficiency in Minitab for statistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing and sampling of incoming components, materials and products to ensure conformance.
• Prepare and update receiving inspection reports with accurate information.
• Process RI materials in the defined system.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers on issues.
• Monitor equipment/instrumentation for safety and operability.
• Adhere to GMP, safety guidelines and company standards.
• Support setup of the RI Dept. and RI Lab; perform other duties as assigned.
