Job summary

Dexcom Ireland in Athenry seeks a Lot Release QA Inspector 3 onsite to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site. The role focuses on in-process and final product review, GDP compliance, and ensuring GMP-grade release of products.

You will work with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, and Process Engineers to maintain documentation accuracy and support the Lot Release Lab setup, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with clear communication.
• Ability to flex to different shifts to meet demand.
• Proficiency with Minitab and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 4-6 years' experience within the medical device industry.
• Level 6 qualification in Quality, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final product review of documents for GDP compliance and dating.
• Conduct in-process product inspection and testing to meet product specs and QA standards.
• Manage Lot Release transactions in defined systems.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, and Process Engineers on Lot Release issues.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, training, and GMP requirements.
