• At least 4 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development with Python and Django, FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building and supporting production applications within collaborative teams.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed design.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases; exposure to NoSQL.
• Ability to design, develop and deliver moderately complex software components with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
