Job summary

Sherry FitzGerald is recruiting two Senior Negotiators for our North Dublin teams. You will act as a trusted adviser, analysing the market and guiding clients through the sales process with proactive vendor communication.

The successful candidate will hold a PSRA licence with at least 3 years in residential sales, demonstrate initiative, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. A full, clean driver’s licence and own car are required.

Qualifications

• Currently hold a PSRA licence.
• Minimum 3 years in residential sales.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Full clean drivers licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a trusted property advisor, analyzing the market and advising clients effectively.
• Manages a portfolio of properties and maintains proactive vendor communication through the sales process.
• Negotiates property sales, manages vendor expectations and multi-buyer bidding.
• Assists in winning business for the branch.
• Delivers a positive customer service experience for vendors and buyers.
• Develops the branch business plan and supports colleagues to achieve KPIs.
• Mentors graduates and junior staff for career development and succession planning.
• Identifies opportunities and pursues cross-referrals across the Group.
• Uses technology systems and keeps up-to-date, accurate records.
