Job summary

Tech Skills Resources (part of the CPL Group) is seeking an experienced Senior Property Loss Adjuster to join its growing Property & Complex Claims team. This field-based role manages a portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims from initial assessment through to settlement, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the claims journey.

As a senior technical specialist, you will investigate complex property losses, conduct on-site assessments, gather and analyse evidence,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of loss adjusting experience.
• Strong track record with commercial property claims including business interruption.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and commercial property claims from first notification through settlement.
• Conduct field-based loss assessments and investigations.
• Analyse policy coverage and make technically sound decisions.
• Negotiate settlements and deliver fair outcomes for all parties.
• Build relationships with customers, brokers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Support surge and catastrophic claim events.
