Job summary

Intact Insurance Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Property Loss Adjuster to manage both domestic and commercial property claims from initiation to resolution. You will operate in a field-based capacity across Ireland, engaging with customers and third parties to deliver clear communication, timely updates and effective settlements.

The role requires CIP qualification, Dip LA/ACILA/ACII and over 10 years of loss adjusting experience.

Qualifications

• Field-based loss adjusting experience is highly desirable.
• Experience handling both household and commercial property claims.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee household and commercial property claims from initiation to resolution.
• Engage with customers and third parties to provide clear updates and enquiries responses.
• Liaise with brokers and clients to negotiate optimal claim settlements.
• Prepare and deliver case decisions in line with authority levels.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently and participate in surge event support as needed.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced colleagues on customer and commercial drivers.
