Job summary

RECRUITERS in Cork is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler/Consultant to join a global life sciences organisation on an initial 12-month contract with extension potential.

Hybrid role in a regulated pharma environment. You will lead scheduling and controls using Primavera P6 and MS Project, delivering reports and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project scheduling/planning within pharma, biotech or life sciences.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for complex projects.
• Proven project controls, forecasting and schedule analysis experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyse detailed project schedules to support delivery.
• Provide project controls, progress analysis and schedule performance reporting.
• Support resource planning, capacity analysis and forecasting.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, critical paths and delays.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and management information.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive schedule alignment and governance.
• Provide expert scheduling input across multiple projects.
