Job summary

Tetra Tech Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our PMO. This role focuses on developing, assuring and maintaining integrated project schedules for multidisciplinary engineering projects, coordinating with Project Managers, clients, contractors and internal teams.

You will establish schedule logic, calendars and milestones, track performance, and translate data into clear forecasts and actionable insights to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or higher diploma in project management, civil engineering, project planning, project controls or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls and resource management.
• Advanced user knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Experience working on engineering, infrastructure, construction or related projects in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules for multidisciplinary engineering design projects.
• Coordinate progress updates, change control and resource loading.
• Test schedule quality and analyse float, constraints and interfaces.
• Prepare Basis of Schedule reports outlining development and structure.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery actions and mitigations.
• Plan and maintain Schedule Risk Management Plans and conduct quantitative analysis when appropriate.
