Job summary

Tetra Tech Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the PMO and support the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects across sectors. You will develop, assure and maintain integrated schedules, establish baselines, milestones and critical paths, and coordinate updates and change control.

Working with Project Managers, clients and contractors, you will analyze schedule data, test quality, and deliver forecasts and insights.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in project management, civil engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling, controls and resource management.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain baseline schedules for multidisciplinary design projects.
• Prepare cost- and resource-loaded schedules in line with project requirements.
• Track project performance against baselines throughout the lifecycle.
• Integrate supplier, contractor and third-party schedules into the Master Programme.
• Provide reports to Project Managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver planning training and facilitate planning workshops when required.
