Job summary

A leading contractor firm based in Munster, Ireland, is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Project Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will manage the commercial delivery of projects, ensuring financial control and facilitating smooth project close-out. Applicants should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, and experience in contract administration. Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project are necessary. The role offers a salary up to €80K with an extensive benefits package including a pension and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering contracts.
• RICS or CIOB membership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and project documentation.
• Produce cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Prepare interim valuations and manage variations.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and payment processes.
• Track project expenditure and produce commercial reports.
• Finalise accounts and completion documentation.
• Liaise with clients and consultants.
