Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support multi-disciplinary project delivery with emphasis on planning, scheduling and risk management. You will mentor junior planners, review contracts, and coordinate with main contractors to develop integrated schedules and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in developing and implementing project plans.
• Ability to produce comprehensive project schedules from design and commercial information.
• Coordinate multiple project plans and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to the project manager.
• Develop and maintain schedules and histograms as required.
• Review contract documentation and ensure schedule requirements are met.
• Facilitate planning meetings and validate high-level target schedules.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation activities.
• Ensure labour loading aligns with budgets and track progress.
