Solas IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a small team of PMs and oversee the delivery of complex technical projects in the Dublin area. You will coordinate across Engineering, Sales and Operations, manage budgets, timelines and risks, and drive governance improvements.

The role requires deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows, plus excellent stakeholder management and go-live experience. Dublin North on-site location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Project Management within software/SaaS/eCommerce or systems integration.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and leading a small PM team.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage and develop a small team of Project Managers.
• Oversee portfolios, budgets, resources, risks and timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations and external stakeholders.
• Drive improvements across governance, delivery processes and reporting.
• Handle escalations and ensure successful project outcomes.
