Job summary

ABEC in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse engineering projects from kickoff to customer acceptance. You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7–10 years of engineering experience with 5+ years in project management, plus proficiency with MS Project and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7-10 years of engineering experience with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience managing industrial, process, or manufacturing equipment projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and interpreting AutoCAD, P&ID drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from start to finish
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams
• Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project life cycle
• Review technical specification, P&IDs, and project requirements
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
