Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager for Tallaght, Dublin 24. The role supports an established civil engineering contractor with hybrid working options and site visits from the Tallaght office. Typical projects are in travel & public realm with budgets around €5m.

The position offers a competitive salary of €85,000 - €95,000, a company vehicle, and clear long-term career progression within a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Technical / engineering background with project management experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team.
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
