• Third level qualification in a relevant area.
• Progress towards a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process client/member requests through the policy lifecycle in line with product rules and company procedures.
• Handle calls with clients/members, brokers and employers; provide information and assistance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Propositions and Compliance to improve how we work.
