Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment partners with a dynamic, results-driven organisation seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion on complex, regulated engineering projects.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile improvements, manage budgets and schedules, and report to senior leaders with clear risk mitigation and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in program/project management within industrial, engineering, aviation, or similarly regulated environments.
• Deep experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured process improvement.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred: PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive new product engineering and operational improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Facilitate effective communication across Engineering, EH&S, Maintenance, HR, Finance, Operations, and Quality to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain detailed project plans, manage budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, innovation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and escalation of critical issues as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal gate processes and external quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
